AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

1. General Provisions

1.1. The affiliate program of trustobmen.pro is designed for users who wish to earn rewards by referring new clients to the Service.

1.2. To participate in the program, the User must register on the website and access their personal account, where the affiliate section is available, including statistics, referral links, promotional materials, and integration tools (including monitoring exports).

2. Rewards

2.1. The Affiliate earns a reward for each successfully completed exchange transaction performed by users referred via the Affiliate’s referral link.

2.2. The reward ranges from 0.1% to 0.3% of the transaction amount and depends on the total volume generated by referred users:

• up to 4,999 USD — 0.1%
• from 5,000 to 19,999 USD — 0.2%
• 20,000 USD and above — 0.3%

2.3. The Service reserves the right to offer индивидуальные условия сотрудничества (individual cooperation terms) for high-volume affiliates. Affiliates may contact support to request custom conditions.

3. Accruals and Changes

3.1. Rewards are credited automatically after a successful exchange transaction is completed.

3.2. The Service reserves the right to modify affiliate reward rates at any time. Previously earned rewards remain unaffected.

4. Content and Promotion Requirements

4.1. The Affiliate must provide accurate and fair descriptions of the services offered by trustobmen.pro.

4.2. It is strictly prohibited to mislead users, including making claims about non-existent bonuses, guaranteed profits, or any false advantages.

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

5.1. The Affiliate is prohibited from using referral links in the following ways:

• mass email campaigns (SPAM);
• aggressive or malicious traffic sources (pop-ups, hidden iframes, etc.);
• placement on websites that violate applicable laws;
• placement on websites containing prohibited or questionable content;
• use of deceptive or fraudulent traffic acquisition methods;
• use of closed traffic sources that cannot be verified (if required).

5.2. The Service reserves the right to disregard traffic generated in violation of these Terms.

6. Liability and Enforcement

6.1. In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Service reserves the right to:

• restrict or terminate the Affiliate account;
• cancel accrued but unpaid rewards;
• permanently block participation in the affiliate program.

6.2. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Service and do not require explanation.

7. Account Security

7.1. The Affiliate is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (login and password).

7.2. All actions performed under the Affiliate’s account are deemed to have been performed by the Affiliate.

8. Modifications

8.1. The Service reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time without prior notice.
